Providence is a stunning home that sleeps 13 (or more) which welcomes families looking for time together, couples seeking respite from their responsibilities, fishermen, golfers, anyone seeking a place to unwind, soak in the sun, swim in refreshing waters and enjoy a beautiful tropical island experience.

Providence has four levels of living space that combine utility and utopia. The ground level begins at the edge of the dramatic heated pool with over 2000 square feet of covered outdoor space as well as indoor space to dry off after a swim in the pool or the Gulf.

The first floor foyer welcomes you with a 24 foot ceiling warmed by a chandelier of abalone sea shells and a magnificent view of Roosevelt Channel.
The contemporary kitchen has sleek white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a marble top island, a work area with peaceful water views and a dining area with seating for 14.

The living room is a comfortable, peaceful spot to gather, read, snooze or just sit and absorb the beautiful views of the water that lie just beyond the sliding glass doors.

The family room is outfitted with a plasma HDTV and is highlighted by a handmade entertainment center made of dark antique teak with louvered doors that reflects its West Indies heritage.  A large leather couch, oversized lounge chairs, and colonial wicker chairs create an inviting place to watch television, listen to music, play board games and enjoy the views of Captiva and Pine Island Sound.

Off the foyer is a half bathroom.

The First Floor Bedroom has a queen bed as well as a daybed. It has a beautiful private bathroom with water views as well as a deck that faces the Gulf.

The second floor has three bedrooms as well as the laundry room. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and an expansive deck overlooking Roosevelt Channel. There is a large walk in closet, and a large bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, a Jacuzzi and a deck facing the Gulf.

The East Bedroom also has an expansive deck facing Roosevelt Channel. It has a queen bed as well as a daybed, and a private bathroom. The West bedroom has a king bed, a Bamboo Canopy twin bed as well as a private bathroom with double sinks. Each bedroom has 400 count thread linens, down comforters, down pillows, a ceiling fan and a plasma television. The third floor deck is likely the highest floor on Captiva Island.  It provides a view that only the island’s birds and parasailers enjoy. It a nature observatory where you can see Osprey and Eagles soar, dolphin frolic and game fish jump. Inside is a sectional couch that provides a comfortable place to absorb the breathtaking sights.

Providence has two Screened porches with ceiling fans off the main living level. One porch is off the dining room with a dining table and seating for six, the other is off the family room with wicker furniture that literally brings the outdoors inside.

The pool at Providence has been finished off with a smooth black pebble finish and blue glass tile that produces a natural, textured appearance.  Pool side, are twelve lounge chairs, a table with seating for 8 as well as a Weber gas grill.  The outdoor Spin Master table tennis table and pop-a-shot basketball will provide opportunities for competition for those inclined.

The pool area is large with white concrete and smooth Brazilian hardwood decks.  Follow the deck out to the dock where you can fish or launch a boat including the kayaks that are at Providence.
